Shipping policy

All orders placed through yenesai.com will be processed and shipped via DHL service within 7 days. 

Once the item has been shipped you will receive an email detailing your tracking number. Please, note that Yenesai is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

Kindly note that customers outside of the EU may be liable to pay any customs and duty fees incurred.

Any parcels returned with unpaid customs fees could result in refunds not being issued.
